Tandem Skydive Stade Tandem skydiving directly near Hamburg

Tandem-Skydive Stade is one of several jump zones of Tandem-Skydive Deutschland UG, which is the only provider in northern Germany that is 100% and exclusively professionalised in tandem skydiving.

Tandem-Skydive Stade, at the jump site Stade, is only about 30 km away from the world metropolis Hamburg as the crow flies and is the number 1 in tandem skydiving. Nowhere else do tandem skydivers have such a beautiful view of the Hanseatic city of Hamburg as over Stade on a parachute or in freefall. The special view from the Alte Land, along the Elbe into the port of Hamburg, from which the city branches out with the outer and inner Alster, is unique and breathtakingly beautiful. With a good view, the Elbphilharmonie, the Binnenalster, the Volksparkstadion and the Hamburg Stadtpark are clearly visible.

How does my jump go and what should I look out for?

From March to November, jumping takes place at weekends and, in the summer months, also on individual dates during the week.

Before the jump, you will receive a briefing on the entire jumping procedure directly on site. Then it's an approx. 15-minute climb with the drop plane to jump height. After at least 30 seconds in free fall and, depending on the weather and your weight, a further 5-10 minutes on the open tandem parachute, you will land gently back at the Stade airfield.
