Die Königs schenken nach
After the success of "Die Königs vom Kiez - Mit Herz und Promille", the Königs are back - including love-struck neighbour Berta. Musical authors Martin Lingnau and Heiko Wohlgemuth send the curious family off on new adventures. The wonderfully offbeat musical is a true declaration of love to St. Pauli. The cast includes beloved characters, 15 new songs and uncompromising humour.
Currywurst to go
Here they fall into each other's arms - or backs. Everyone gets a currywurst to go and a smart-alec slogan on top. Since the premiere of the musical Heiße Ecke in September 2003, the production by Schmidt-Hausherr Corny Littmann has already enthused over a million viewers and, with around 2,000 performances, is currently the most successful German-language music theatre production.
More from the wonderfully weird family
Prosperity has broken out in the König family since grandma won the lifetime instant pension in the GlücksSpirale lottery. The head of the family, also known as the captain, is busy boosting the local economy and investing not only in a full fridge, but also in full cans of beer. Whether this will work out remains to be seen. The new sequel to the play "Die Königs vom Kiez" plunges the captain and his relatives into hopeless chaos.
