The first step towards orientation in the world of wine and sensory technology! This course is aimed at everyone who has not yet dealt with wine that much and would now like to take the first steps towards more knowledge about wine and sensory analysis.
The focus of this wine seminar for beginners is on wine sensory analysis. What can you see, smell and taste in the wine, how can your own sensory impressions be described and how can the wine be evaluated based on this. How to get to the wines you like most more safely.
This wine seminar in Hamburg also deals with the questions of what wine actually is, how it can be classified, how it is created and what its ingredients are. The topics of wine temperature, glasses, decanting, reclosing and storing wine are also covered.
At the end of the seminar, the participants are able to handle wine more confidently and independently and understand wine better.
Seminar aim: Introduction to the world of wine, more conscious and independent handling of wine, introduction to professional wine tasting, description of smell and taste, initial basic knowledge.
Target group: beginners with little or no prior knowledge. Maximum 16 people.
Services: Seminar with tasting of six wines, 0.75l mineral water, snack, bread and seminar documents.
Duration: approx. 2.5 hours
