We welcome spring in the forest!
Leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind you - together we will immerse ourselves in the fresh, green "superpower" of the forest! Nature is awakening to new life and we are using this natural energy of new beginnings to awaken our senses from hibernation.
With the help of various perception and mindfulness exercises, we experience the forest with all our senses, can breathe deeply, relax and immerse ourselves completely in the soothing atmosphere of the forest. We gain new strength, stop thinking, immerse ourselves in the fresh spring green, the scents, feel the soft forest floor beneath our feet.
At the end I invite you to a small tea ceremony under the trees.
What is forest bathing? Forest bathing, Japanese "Shinrin Yoku", is the mindful immersion in the healing atmosphere of the forest. Body, mind and soul have the opportunity to regenerate. Forest bathing - scientifically proven - significantly strengthens our immune system, noticeably slows down and has a positive effect on our nervous and hormonal systems.
