Forest bathing and wild herbs together are a special treat!
Experience a day in the forest and in nature to get to know the diversity and healing power of nature.
Forest bathing is the German translation of the Japanese “Shinrin Yoku” and describes “mindful immersion in the atmosphere of the forest”. With the help of perception and mindfulness exercises, we can literally “immerse ourselves” in the low-stimulus world of the forest: we breathe the clear forest air, enjoy the silence, feel the soft forest floor under our feet, immerse ourselves in the vast greenery and the rustling of leaves.
Body and mind can regenerate on all levels, we can relax, breathe deeply, gain new strength and do something good for our health.
Forest bathing - scientifically proven - significantly strengthens our immune system, noticeably slows down and has a positive effect on our nervous and hormonal systems.
Afterwards, I invite you to a little herbalism and introduce you to some local wild herbs that are now really powerful. Wild herbs are full of nutrients, strength and taste. What can we use local superfoods such as groundweed, nettle, birch, ribwort plantain and the like for?
I'll show you some simple ways to bring the powerful nature back into your everyday life in the form of local wild herbs and apply it.
This workshop is NOT about collecting herbs, but rather about a deeper connection to nature and appreciation of its healing power.
At the end we enjoy a small tea ceremony together under the trees in the forest.
