Stadt, Land, Fluss
- Exhibition
The Blankenese artist Ulrich Kresse is primarily dedicated to these three topics. He interprets impressions of the Elbe, impressions of the surrounding area, especially of the Elbe Marsh, and the pulsating life in the city with ink, pastels and watercolors. He always likes to try out new styles: from expressionist works to works that are sometimes reminiscent of illustrations.
Ulrich Kresse acquired an extensive circle of friends through exhibitions in the Elbe suburbs and repeatedly in the Levantehaus; His repeated street gallery has received a lot of attention, when he spontaneously converts a villa street in Blankenese into an open-air gallery for a Sunday.
