With over 400 types of cheese, Italy offers us a diverse selection of Italian cheese. Let yourself be transported to the south and taste eight Italian cheeses made from buffalo, sheep and cow's milk, including pasta filata and smoked cheeses, at this seminar.
Experience classic and surprising combinations. Discover new cheeses and wines and experience how enjoyable the right combination can be.
For each of the Italian cheeses, we taste two Italian white and red wines together and describe and evaluate the combination and the taste impact of the cheese and wine on each other.
We enjoy working out the rules for combining cheese and wine. The extensive and exciting tasting is complemented by interesting facts about cheese and wine.
Seminar goal: Getting to know the rules for combining cheese and wine, discovering your own preferences and perception, and an enjoyable evening.
Target group: Lovers and those interested in cheese and wine with or without previous knowledge. Maximum 15 people
Services: Seminar with tasting of eight types of cheese in combination with two wines each (7-10 different wines), 0.75l mineral water per person, bread, seminar documents.
