The celebrated German pianist and composer Martin Kohlstedt combines acoustic pianos with electronica in his works – attracting audiences from high culture and the club scene alike. He intuitively weaves the different worlds from which Kohlstedt’s influences are drawn into a live experience that is sometimes a classical piano concert, sometimes an introspective improvisation experience, sometimes a spectacular festival show with film soundtrack echoes. Everything here is in motion and does not follow a fixed form, which is why every evening is characterised by the special magic of uniqueness.
