Today we want to introduce you to probably the hippest tradition in the food sector! Marcus and Christian are real canning fans and will show you how to preserve vegetables. Together you will harvest various delicious vegetables from the Sammatzer vegetable field and preserve them in our preserving kitchen! In our community we have come to love long summer evenings with bean, cucumber or pumpkin campaigns - canning brings people together!
After work is done, we enjoy the variety of preserves from Michaelshof with a snack together.
