Brooklyn Burger Bar

Hanseatic and delicious: Burger love at the Brooklyn Burger Bar located at the Alten Fischmarkt.

Numerous of unforgettable stories can originate from just one crazy idea – like the Brooklyn Burger Bar.

For over three years the previous pharmacy at the Alter Fischmark has been the home to the Burgerbar from Jan Pflüger and Steffen Schröder. Beforehand, they worked in the Gastro Lounge of the meanwhile closed Streit’s cinema, thus sharing a wealth of experience from the high class cuisine. Therefore, the quality of the Brooklyn Burger Bar is of upmost importance.

However, what makes their product so delicious is the facts, that everything is homemade and fresh. Here, guest can enjoy their meal without preservatives and flavour enhancer. Additionally, they offer a pallet with a diverse combination of bread, meat and sauces, also available in a veggie variation. To wash down their delicious meals, they also have a variety of cocktails and highballs, which are to 50% self-creation.

Six days a week, the dedicated team of 35 people give their all to satisfy their guest’s wishes and needs. Although the Brooklyn Burger Bar is closed on Sundays, it can always be booked for any event (birthdays, weddings or company celebrations). Due to its eye-catching interior, with its industrial design and rustic garage style, the location is commonly used for photo shooting.
