Posaunenchor und Inklusion
- Classical Music
From May 3rd to 5th, 2024, Hamburg will be full of brass sounds. The German Evangelical Trombone Day 2024 attracts around 15,000 brass players to the Hanseatic city - and also to the Alsterdorf market.
The brass players come together on the market square on the topic of inclusion. Together with barner 16 , the Alsterarbeit artist collective with and without disabilities, they show how inclusion works in music.
Young wind players, people in need of assistance, the music groups of the Evangelische Stiftung Alsterdorf (ESA) and also experienced wind players will be integrated into the program in different ways and make music together. The literary basis is formed by well-known and proven titles as well as new pieces that are experimentally created and brought together on site.
Making music together is intended to show that inclusion has already arrived in the trombone choirs, but that there are still many paths open.
