The Florida Everglades: 65,000 hectares of mythical beauty, breath taking nature and unique wildlife. Since the Europeans first ‘discovered’ America they have tried to put the Everglades to ‘better use’ - turn them into farms, roads, towns and cities.
The Everglades came close to annihilation, but then we stopped destroying them. Why? Nexus reveals how truth is stranger than fiction and how a small group of people through a simple choice, can save an entire ecosystem.
