Since the beginning of dawn mankind used non ordinary states of consciousness to explore the Self. The Holotropic Breathwork weekend offers a safe container to explore such states.
The inner landscape of being can be discovered through the use of music and breath, bigger meanings of life can be understood and deep transformation can be experienced.
Holotropic Breathing is a path of self-discovery and inner growth. Through intensified breathing and evocative music, an altered state of consciousness is reached, which takes you on a journey into your inner being. Your breath will guide you through a process of releasing internal blockages, finding relaxation, connection, aliveness and belonging.
Here you can find answers, recognize overarching patterns of your life and the influence of your birth process on your life, reduce stress and show yourself in a community of people as you are and go into an inspiring exchange..
Holotropic breathing enables participants to find their own inner resources, to gain insights and to find their inate truth and to live out of it.
No prior knowledge is neccessary. The workshop will be in german and/ or english.
Holotropic breathing is not suitable for every person because strong emotions can arise, so people with high blood pressure, epilepsy, recent operations, certain psychological diagnoses, pregnant women, etc. unfortunately cannot take part. If you have any doubts about whether holotropic breathing is for you, please let us know and we can talk about it. To register, we ask you to fill out a medical questionnaire.
It is a workshop that runs over 3 days.
There are 2 dates: 07.-09.06.2024 & 06.-08.09.2024
Programme:
Friday: Introduction & preparation, 6:00 pm - 10 pm
Saturday: Holotropic Breathwork 9:30 am - 8:00 pm
Sunday: Integration & Sharing 9:30 am - 1 pm
(ending times could vary)
This is not a residential workshop but if you come from abroad we are happy to help you to find accommodation.
On the weekend we will provide drinks (coffee, tea, water) and snacks (fruit, chocolate, biscuits). Please bring your own lunch for Saturday lunchtime.
