On September 7th, 2024 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., the large sports field of the Harburg Gymnastics Association, at Vahrenwinkelweg 39, will be transformed into a colorful adventure playground. A large bouncy castle and a bungee run ensure that the kids get a lot of momentum and exercise, while exciting demonstrations and participation activities from the departments for young and old ensure lots of fun and a feeling of togetherness!

If you would like to come by a little earlier, you can take part in the sponsored run for the TSH integration group from 1 p.m., supported by the Mario Michel nursing and geriatric care provider. Simply find a sponsor who donates a small amount for each lap you run around the place, put on your running shoes and get started. If you're still fit afterwards, you can try out action parkour or show what you're capable of in a three-way fight. The reward is a personal certificate and a little surprise from the gymnastics club's mascot.

The children's village offers a variety of opportunities for the little ones to move around and let off steam in a playful way. Whether it's barefoot parkour, throwing cans, water games, double sack jumping or small creative stations - there's something for every age! Participation by the fire brigade and police is always particularly attractive for children. This year the helpers are also on site and you can look at the vehicles and the material and maybe even try them out a bit.
While the children let off steam at the various stations, the adults are welcome to do sports and bring their mind and body into harmony with family yoga, line dancing, Nordic walking and stretching. Or how about a trial lesson in tennis? The experienced tennis coach Heinz Michaelis is on site and has a ball and racket ready to show newcomers and curious people the fun of the “white” sport.

TSH's own fitness studio also opens its doors on this day. Just stop by and find out more and arrange a trial training session: whether in courses, strength training or health sports on the equipment, here you can work out, get fit and have fun and then regenerate with a subsequent visit to the sauna. The physiotherapists and licensed trainers of the Harburg Gymnastics Association are always available to provide personal, individual support and advice.

Of course, your physical well-being will also be taken care of on this day. Anyone who would prefer to watch the hustle and bustle from a safe and quiet distance, with a piece of cake, an ice cream, something from the grill and a delicious drink, is of course also very welcome.
