Dr. Detlef Mathey is not only a well-known heart surgeon, but also a great music lover and flautist. He founded the Simeon Orchestra, which performs regularly in the Elbphilharmonie. As a soloist, he has been giving solo and chamber concerts as part of the Bergedorf Music Days for several years, at which he always performs with first-class artists.
You can look forward to a special musical treat this year too!
