The ice cream parlour Schlecks is the first Coldstone ice cream shop in Hamburg. They abandoned the regular ice cream cone and are the first Coldstone ice cream shop in Hamburg to have turned the entire Hamburg ice cream landscape upside down! In March 2017, ice lover Thommy Noack fulfilled his dream and opened the Schlecks in Ottensen together with his girlfriend. Today, there is a second Schlecks at Grindelberg.

On a "Coldstone" the operators fulfil the desires of their customers live before your eyes in the middle of the shop, true to the motto: Everything is allowed and everything is possible because there are no limits to imagination! Here, ice cream can also be gluten-free and vegan!

Visitors create their favourite ice cream from over 100 ingredients! Yoghurt ice cream with cream cheese, cheesecake, and raspberries? Rice pudding, Franzbrötchen or peanut butter in vanilla ice cream? Marshmallow cream and sherbet powder in strawberry ice cream? Cookie Dough, Brownie, Nutella…. Sounds crazy? Because it is!
