Café Koppel is located in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Lange Reihe in St. Georg, concealed in the Haus für Kunst und Handwerk [Art & Craft House]. This is just 10 minutes from the main railway station, the Hauptbahnhof, so is very centrally located indeed. For more than 25 years, this establishment has served exclusively vegetarian and vegan dishes in a pleasant atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a coffee while seated on antique sofas listening to classical and jazz music, or can enjoy home-made fruit salads outside in the summer garden. This café also offers daily changes of lunchtime and dinner dishes, prepared for the most part from regional products. At the weekend, an extended breakfast menu offers a wider selection, including vegan orange pancakes with forest fruit cream. In Café Koppel there is also a wide range of cakes. These too cater for vegans and for gluten-intolerant visitors.
