The Sprung.Raum in Hamburg promises trampoline fun on over 5000 square meters of experience area. Beginners and professionals, young and old, young and old jump together here. Trained trainers take care of the safety of the jumpers and provide them with the necessary know-how.

The trampoline park is divided into different adventure worlds. An interactive climbing wall invites you to play on a projected playing surface. The Ninja Parkour is one of the largest parkours in Europe.  

Those who would like to improve their jumping skills under professional guidance have the opportunity to take part in a course in the trampoline park. In six to eight course units body posture and tension are trained and acrobatic exercises are learned.
