KULTUR&GUT

A cultural centre where design, art and events come together. Between exhibitions, markets and concerts, a lively atmosphere is created that invites you to discover and participate. The café and shop are open daily and invite you to come in, browse and be creative.

KULTUR&GUT brings together under one roof the colourful Café ROSA, a shop for design and arts and crafts, and the versatile KUGU-SPACE for events. During the day, the café invites guests to linger over good coffee in a lovingly designed setting, while in the evening it transforms into a stage for readings, DJ sets, panel discussions or art nights. Design markets, exhibitions and workshops are held regularly, organised by the Kultur&Gut collective, which connects and supports Hamburg’s creative community. A place for everyone who wants to experience Hamburg’s creative, open and queer-friendly scene – from culture enthusiasts and connoisseurs to families, neighbours and design lovers.

The Zeisehallen, home to KULTUR&GUT, are among Hamburg’s most fascinating examples of urban transformation, evolving from an industrial site into a centre for film, media and culture.
