The Utrecht String Quartet is one of the Netherlands’ most renowned chamber music ensembles, which focuses its work on exploring lost or forgotten repertoire. The USQ received rave reviews for its complete recording of Alexander Glazunov’s string quartets, a project begun in 2003 and recently completed. The same applies to their recording of Arthur Lourié’s string quartets.
