Stand Up Paddling (SUP) - BASIC Kurs

In the BASIC course you will learn on-board control as well as the rules for the behavior of water sports enthusiasts in nature. The course lasts 2.5 hours, including 2 hours on the water with the coach. The course takes place on the Große Tonkuhle in Itzehoe, it is protected from the wind and has no current - making it ideal for beginners.
Board, fin, paddle, safety line, life jacket and waterproof bag for valuables can be provided for a fee of 15 or you can bring your own. The fee must be paid to the lecturer on site.
Prerequisite: swimming
Children aged 8 - 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Meeting point: Large Tonkuhle on Sandberg
You will receive a map of the route when you confirm your registration.
Please bring with you: Light, tight-fitting sports clothing, possibly a light windbreaker, headgear, a change of clothes, drinks, energy bars, sunscreen and, if necessary, glasses with a safety strap, an old towel.

Children and young people v. 8 -15 years: 10.00 (discount possible)
