In August 1946, after the upheavals of World War II, the state of Schleswig-Holstein was founded and is celebrating its 80th birthday this year!
All over, there are cultural highlights and a variety of events taking place. Experience and enjoy a regional jubilee buffet from the good old kitchen of our beautiful country between the seas at our country house on Saturday, October 3rd, a regional jubilee buffet to celebrate this occasion.
Whether classics like elderberry soup, Großer Hans, pears, beans and bacon, buttermilk soup or flounder from the Baltic Sea with gooseberry compote and warm Förtchen, or new creations – celebrate with us the diverse rural enjoyment of Schleswig-Holstein at this special "fine country" event!
