As November reaches its darkest hours, Hamburg’s death-doom veterans **Ophis** invite you to the Bambi galore for the release of their new album, “Encased In Deathlike Layers”.
For over two decades, Ophis have been synonymous with monolithic death-doom that oscillates between despair, sheer force and catharsis. With their new album, the Hamburg-based band open another chapter – heavy, dark and relentless, just like the layers the title already hints at. Following five studio albums and countless gigs in Europe’s doom catacombs, this evening will mark the official launch of the new material on home turf.
