Hernán Vega Cevallos and Martín Torres Godoy, both born in Ecuador, met at the Johannes Brahms Conservatory in Hamburg — and discovered a shared language through music.
Today, they bring their passion to the stage with a program full of Latin American sounds, with a special devotion to the music of their homeland, Ecuador.
Hernán not only plays saxophone and flute, but also traditional Andean wind instruments — quena, rondador, toyo, zampoña, antara, and others — many of them handcrafted by himself. Combined with the piano, they create a truly unique sound: rarely heard, deeply rooted, and full of expressive power.
All arrangements are handcrafted by the duo themselves.
Let yourself be carried away — into the warmth, colors, and rhythms of the Andes.
