All you need is a little practice – and imagination. A short introduction in 7-8 units. It is recommended not to miss the first 4 hours, as otherwise you will miss the basics. This internationally proven training was developed by psychiatrist JH Schulz and requires a certain degree of commitment and discipline.
because you have to train twice a day for about 10 – 15 minutes in peace (still and lying back or sitting comfortably) to achieve an effect.
Caution: this method is not suitable for acute psychological problems.
