At the service and information centre, the service staff will support you in all matters relating to your journey and the perfect stay in Hamburg. In addition to the Hamburg CARD, you can expect event tips, hotel recommendations or ticket bookings for events, Hamburg experiences and tickets for public transport.

For the best access to our services, the Welcome Center can be reached from both the public area of the airport and the baggage claim area. Please note the different locations and opening hours of the Hamburg Airport Welcome Center for airport visitors and passengers. The Info Points on the departures level complement our information services.
