Is the Hamburg CARD worthwhile if I have a Deutschlandticket?
Yes, because the Hamburg CARD is also available without local transport, but with full savings benefits at over 150 attractions. It is therefore also worthwhile with a Deutschlandticket if attractions are used, e.g. the Hafenliebe upgrade with free lines such as the harbor cruise.
Does the Hamburg CARD cover all public transport in Hamburg?

This includes underground and suburban trains, buses and the harbor ferries. The AB fare zone covers the entire city of Hamburg and neighboring towns such as Norderstedt, Ahrensburg, Wedel and Reinbek. Please note that journeys beyond the AB fare zone are not covered

Validity begins at 0:00 a.m. on the selected start day and ends at 6:00 a.m. the following morning on the last day of validity.

Is travel to and from the airport covered by the Hamburg CARD?
Yes, the Hamburg CARD includes unlimited use of all public transport within the Hamburg Verkehrsverbund (HVV), including Hamburg Airport. This means that you can travel on the S1 S-Bahn line between the airport and Hamburg Central Station and other central stops in the city at no extra cost. The S1 runs every ten minutes during the day and takes around 25 minutes to travel between the airport and the main station.
What is the difference between a harbor tour and a trip on the harbor ferry?
Harbor tour:
