Small, but very fine
An unusual selection of literature far from the mainstream can be found on just 35 m² of floor space. The two owners, Nina Jades and Marte Ohrt, are passionate about their work and if a book is not in stock, it can of course be ordered - usually within the next working day.
Award-winning variety
Awarded the German Bookshop Prize 2022, the literary selection is noticeable for its unofficial focus: many titles on feminism, diversity, equal rights and inclusion have found their way into the selected assortment - preferably from independent publishers. The children's book selection is also unusual and cheeky.
For the book lovers, the shop has many little gift ideas: including light-up books, statement pins, book socks, bookmarks and much more.
Those who can't quite make up their minds on the spot can also order a book subscription and receive a monthly selection from the booksellers.

The bookshop Blattgold shares a shop space with the jewellery gallery of designer Anne Zimmer and the art gallery kulturreich. The shop also regularly hosts readings with international authors, exhibitions and concerts.
