Translated from Arabic, ''addiwan'' means meeting place - and that's exactly what the owners see in their small, cosy shop in the Schanzenviertel. They are happy about every regular guest and about every new face that comes to their shop in search of the perfect cushion or the ideal Buddha statue. The selection of products ranges from Indian cushions, hamam products, towels and blankets to scarves and jewellery.
The Addiwan team purchases the goods they offer directly from the respective countries, where some of them are personally selected and brought directly to Hamburg without any middlemen in order to be able to offer great products at fair prices.
