The "Teigfabrik" in the Jarrestadt, a former working-class neighbourhood, properly put the gastronomy landscape of Winterhude in a tizzy: In cooperation with the neighbouring vegetable shops, the two operators offer around 60 seats outside, in addition to the ones in the restaurant itself. The dough cannot be compared with any in Hamburg; the pizza itself doesn’t come from a menu, but is put together by the customers themselves. A great concept and a great taste!
