Pizza Puro

Less is more - and the simplest is often the best! This is the credo pursued by owner Marvin Möller and his team in Pizza Puro.

Authentic Pizza like in Naples!

Pizza Puro forgoes much and concentrates on the essentials: the quality and taste of the ingredients. The tomato sauce, for example, consists of original San Marzano tomatoes from Campania, sea salt and... that's it!

The flour from the Molino "caputo" comes directly from Naples and is among the best in the world. The pizza is baked at approximately 480°C for only 60-90 seconds in an original kiln made by Stefano Ferrara that was also imported directly from Naples. This original pizza Napoletana is prepared according to ancient tradition, strictly in accordance with the guidelines of the AVPN and in a modern, urban setting.

In addition to pizza, there is a small selection of fresh salads and home-made drinks. And if you still have room after your pizza, you can order a "dream". These are little ravioli from pizza dough that are filled with chocolate, accompanied by vanilla dipping sauce.

CITY AREA PORTRAIT Eimsbüttel & Eppendorf

Here, one can find magnificent old building façades, local and exquisite restaurants as well as fancy boutiques and owner-operated shops. While Eppendorf is rather fancy, one can feel the hanseatic serenity in Eimsbüttel. Both districts offer much green and water and are hence with good reason very popular neighbourhoods in Hamburg.

Eating, drinking, clubbing Herzblut St. Pauli

Herzblut: A fitting name, meaning "lifeblood", since the people of St. Pauli have partying in their hearts. A cross between a club, restaurant and cocktail bar is the ideal starting point for a night of partying on the Reeperbahn.
