After 20 years of Michelin-starred gastronomy, Cornelia Porletto in central Eppendorf presents her new concept.
Her mix of casual restaurant and deli is based on the traditional Italian "gastronomia" and brings exquisite Mediterranean cuisine from the stove to the shelves. Popular classics include the "pollo alla poletto", a half rotisserie chicken with Cretan salad, or the "paccheri", short tube pasta with merguez and San Marzano tomatoes. Daily changing specials complement the manageable menu.
