Since 2008, the Brasserie has been located in the heart of Winsen, near the beautiful castle.
The brasserie at the castle is located in the old village core of Winsen. Its menu ranges from soups and salads, to pasta and classics such as "Wiener Schnitzel" and "Pannfisch". The restaurant also offers a different lunch menu daily and various snacks for "small guests".
