The Blattgold is run by siblings Ronja, Zora and Oliver. They are a family team with a sense of quality and a flair for special places. Their concept is based on modern, creative veggie cuisine, inspired by what the season and region have to offer. Everything is freshly cooked and much is homemade, both in the kitchen and at the bar. They are mainly supported by local producers.
