Hamburg CARD Bicycle Tour

Explore Hamburg by bike and discover some of the many Hamburg CARD highlights along the way.

We have put together a tour for everyone who wants to discover Hamburg by bike in a sporty way. It leads along the harbor, the Inner and Outer Alster to the Police Museum in Alsterdorf.

The starting point is the City Cycles bike rental shop. If you don't have your own bike, you can easily rent one here. The first destination is the Police Museum Hamburg. Along the water you now follow the Außenalster in the direction of Winterhude and reach the Police Museum Hamburg, where there is everything to discover about the work of the police and criminal techniques. From there, the tour continues via Sternschanze to Hamburger Berg. Here, for example, the small Beats & Beer Tour invites you to leave your bike and stop by one or the other bar. Alternatively, you cycle through the bar scene of Hamburg and reach the St. Michaelis Church as the next stop. The St. Michaelis church, also known as "Michel". There it is definitely worth going up the tower of the "Michel". At a height of 83 meters, you can marvel at Hamburg from above and let the unique panorama take effect. From the air you can spot the stops that have already been made, the NIVEA Haus on Jungfernstieg and the Alster. From the Michel it goes via the Sternschanze back to the bike rental and off to the theater!
