The Freizeitzentrum Schnelsen e.V. is a district cultural center. It is located in the center of Schnelsen on the site of the former streetcar turnaround on Wählingsallee behind the weekly market area. For more than 30 years, the FZS has been a cultural meeting place for young and old and is also popular with visitors beyond the districts of Schnelsen, Niendorf, Lokstedt and Eidelstedt.

The offers

The Freizeitzentrum Schnelsen offers space for events and courses in its rooms. Around 120 events take place here every year: Local but also international artists and ensembles perform here. The center offers live music of various genres, theater for adults and children, cabaret, comedy and cabaret.

Although located on the north-western outskirts of Hamburg, the Freizeitzentrum Schnelsen is also very easy to reach by public transport.
