More and more people are diagnosed with celiac disease in the district of Stade. Celiac disease is an intolerance of the organism to gluten. The only therapy is the strict and lifelong gluten-free diet.
We are the first self-help group to "live gluten-free" and are available to all people affected by celiac disease, relatives and those interested - under the direction of Ms. Andreja Malpohl. Ms. Malpohl is the contact person of the German Society for Celiac Disease eV for the district of Stade.
The aim is to provide a space for the exchange of experiences and knowledge in dealing with the disease, but also tips and tricks for gluten-free cooking and baking, as well as information on the topic of "shopping in the region" or "eating out of the house" receive.
