Three works, three eras – yet a common spirit. In November, members of the symphony orchestra invite you to a special evening of chamber music. The program begins with Arvo Pärt’s »Mozart Adagio« for piano trio – a subtle homage to the clarity of classical music. Maurice Ravel’s Piano Trio in A minor then unfolds a dazzling spectrum of sound that oscillates between delicate transparency and rousing energy. The evening concludes with Robert Schumann’s Piano Quartet in E-flat major – a masterpiece of Romantic chamber music that combines melodic warmth and rousing virtuosity.
