A great time to lend a helping hand. Through its wide-ranging work, the Mammazentrum Hamburg Foundation helps to provide a safety net for, support and accompany patients facing a breast cancer diagnosis. Artists from Hamburg’s twin cities – conductor Xu Zhong from Shanghai and the Czech National Symphony Orchestra from Prague – will take to the stage alongside Hamburg-based pianist Sebastian Knauer for the foundation’s charity concert. They will perform works by Beethoven, Dvořák, Mozart and Gershwin, and the proceeds from ticket sales will support the foundation’s vital work.
