Land Art Forest Bath
The Land Art Forest Bath combines forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku) with creative activity in nature. The forest is not only a backdrop but a "outdoor studio": colors, shapes, light, and the "treasures" on the ground invite you to experience the moment with all your senses.
In this format, Land Art can become a loving bridge between the inner world and the outer world. While collecting, organizing, and creating with your hands, a special calm often arises: the view becomes clearer, the body arrives, and the carousel of thoughts can slow down. Ephemeral artworks can emerge from natural materials – for instance, a laid mandala, a pattern, or a small sculpture. The focus is not on the result but on the process: perceiving, selecting, arranging, letting go.
Transience is consciously part of it. What is created may also perish – lightly, without purpose, and without any claim to perfection. Thus, creativity can become a quiet form of cultural work that is rooted yet expansive. Additionally, calming elements of forest bathing can find their place, such as mindful walking, conscious breathing, or small body exercises.
This is a cultural-nature event with a calm pace – without a sporting character.
