Resilient Flow focuses on movement through breath, speed, and energy. Moving in and out of the floor builds spatial awareness, strength, and coordination. The class draws from Flying Low and Passing Through, Kalaripayattu, and Improvisation to support physical expression, creativity, and presence in motion.
Please note: Unfortunately, the professional training session with Sotiria Koutsopetrou (Tracing Weight) has been cancelled.
