GYROKINESIS® is a practice based on circular movements connected with the rhythm of breath and balancing the symmetry in the body. It is a practice created by former ballet dancer Juliu Horvath, developed and cherished by his students. During the training the focus will be on strengthening the core in order to bring freedom into the movement.
For Maria Zimpel Gyrokinesis is a way to warm up and a way to keep renewing balance in the body. As a dancer and choreographer it suits her perfectly as a base for the body training. As a GYROKINESIS® teacher she wants to share with others a practice that helps to enjoy an elegant, strong and graceful movement full of breath.
