Countess Stefanie Oberhoff, the British performer Henry Sargeant, aka Mr. Vast, and the Leipzig theatrical daredevils Lehmann and Wenzel follow in the footsteps of Hansel and Gretel, venturing together into the deep forest. No path in sight, just the occasional crumb, and in the middle, the gingerbread house grows. Until it's finally finished, nothing is certain: not what will happen, not the performers' safety from each other, not the audience's safety from dental floss.
