Why do plants bloom? with Helge Masch
Because we humans love blooming gardens and landscapes and like to give colorful bouquets of flowers as gifts!
However, this answer still leaves many questions unanswered. For example:
- Why do butterflies, bees and bumblebees fly to the flowers?
- Why aren't all the flowers big and colorful?
- How many different leaves does a flower have?
- Why aren't all flowers fragrant?
- Why do some flowers close and others open in the evening?
- What happens when the flower withers?
It's obviously not that easy to answer the question.
However, after this children's tour it will no longer be a problem for you!
