As the seasons change, we go in search of our own personal "place of power". With special attention we go in search of traces, where we can recharge our batteries in nature. We use suggestions from nature coaching: Small rituals, mindfulness exercises, see nature as a mirror and receive very personal answers. We get in the mood for the new season: in spring for new growth, in summer for warmth and relaxation, in autumn for abundance and change, in winter for the rough nights and rituals to transition into the new year.
