The central machine station represents the heart of the Speicherstadt (Warehouse District). A large gap had existed here since the war. HHLA has now filled this gap. The historic existing building was ingeniously combined with a modern new structure.
The ground floor of the central machine station will soon be home to a sensational restaurant. Before that happens, however, HHLA invites all interested parties to an exclusive tour of the recently completed new building.
The architect and the district manager will guide you through the new, old heart of the Speicherstadt.
