The new children's is exciting, touching and of course very, very funny. A full-bodied theatrical spectacle with brave girls, talking rats and not-so-bad pirates, with silly word games, an illness whose name must not be mentioned, and of course with a mysterious treasure that turns out to be real pirate's luck!
This adventure will sweep away all who are or have children or were once children themselves. The makers of the Schmidt children's hits "Der Räuber Hotzenplotz" and "Es war einmal - 7 Märchen auf einen Streich" (Once Upon a Time - 7 Fairy Tales at a Glance) have created a true declaration of love for fantasy, with great music that immediately catches the ear and goes straight to the heart. So all aboard and off to the big caper!
