Hermes Hemmnis, Sasha Iliashenko and Junya Fujita met at university and have been working together in various collaborative constellations in the fields of art and music since 2021. In conversation, they described their collaborative approach as resembling a caterpillar: a body made of distinct segments moving together, where each part continues the motion of the previous one. Instead of clearly separated sets, the evening unfolds through transitions and handovers. One performance attaches to the next, forming a continuous chain of sound and action while leaving space for change and response in the moment.
