Hamburger Berg
In the well-known side street of the Reeperbahn the youth meets to celebrate until dawn. Everything is played here from punk to house, the walls are wallpaper from the 70s and almost every restaurant still offers a small dance floor.
The street is full of bars and mostly populated by young people. Among the classics in the street are the "GOLDEN HANDSCHUH", named after the prize of an American boxing competition that the owner once won in the USA, ROSIE´S BAR, a narrow dance shed with lively music and a high getting to know factor, named after the landlady who once seduced one of the Beatles, and the ELBSCHLOSSKELLER, a real dive where Fritz Honka addressed his later victims at the beginning of the 70s. The pleasant ROSCHINSKYS and the BLAUE PETER, in which you can watch the Bundesliga on Saturdays and continue partying immediately afterwards according to your preference, are also a fixed component.
For those who prefer a more Hamburg atmosphere, the SCHLEMMERECK is the place to be - as well as a permanent contact point for the Turbojugend.
Speaking of food, there is something missing. There is the KAMPAI-SUSHI BAR, for a nocturnal kebab there is the always crowded Turkish snack and the Kentucky Fried Chicken on two floors. Culinary appetite is therefore more conquered than satisfied.
Another highlight on the mountain are his tattoo studios and one of the oldest sex shops here on the Kiez.
