Tassajara

Back in 1976, the vegetarian restaurant Tassajara was opened in Hamburg-Eppendorf and it enchants its clientèle with veggie specialities and artistic compositions.

The Tassajara offers various variants of vegetarian dishes: lacto-vegetarian, fresh & seasonal, home-made cakes and tarts based on wholegrain products, the Ayurvedic art of cookery and Euro-Asian fusion dishes. In addition, the dishes of the day and the menus change frequently, always prepared by the chef in person. With this variety, not only vegetarians will enjoy what this restaurant has to offer.
